"A grand jury . . . tasked with investigating Planned Parenthood’s Houston affiliate following the August release of an undercover video taken inside the clinic, cleared the organization of misconduct . . . and instead indicted the group behind the video. . . ."David Daleiden was charged with violating the prohibition of the purchase and sale of human organs. That is what he was trying to pin on Planned Parenthood; but, by posing as the buyer in the fraudulent videos, he filmed himself engaged in the act of attempting to buy human organs.
