On January 20th, Trump's oath will be to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America
Headlines for two related articles on Huffington Post that arose after Trump's remark that people who burn the American flag should be jailed and maybe lose their citizenship.
Note: The Supreme Court has previously declared burning of the American flag to be free speech protected by the Constitution.
